If we decline your device we will provide a full refund minus £5.50 for return shipping. We only test and guarantee are workmanship for 3 months and nothing else.

Not all devices are repairable or economically repairable, we work on a NO FIX NO FEE basis. If we can’t repair then all you pay is £8.50 return shipping.
