Battery Renew Re-Celling Refurbish Repair SERVICE for Lithium Iron Battery Packs

This is a Free DIAGNOSE SERVICE for your E-bike/scooter battery pack to rebuild, re-cell, re-new battery refurbishment for 24V / 36V / 48V / 52V / 60V / 72V Lithium E-Bike/scooter Battery Repair Service.

Once you place the order for a FREE DIAGNOSE SERVICE, please mail in or drop your battery off at our workshop (battery pack and charger) A link to the repair form will be sent to you please enclose this with your battery. This form will recommend suitable couriers and advice on how to pack your battery. Once we have received the battery, we will DIAGNOSE and provide a quote for the battery to be refurbished. If the price is agreed we will then go ahead with the repair.

Any re-celling will be spot welded, unlike some other repairers who solder the cells that can damage the cell. Unlike other repairers, any replacement cells will be capacity and resistance matched to the existing cells prolonging the BMS life. BMS will be tested and replaced if needed. Thermal imaging will be used to find any cells that overheat. The battery will be rebuilt and capacity testing.

Turnaround time of approximately 5 - 10 working days to test, rebuild and deliver depending on the degree of fault.

If you don't want to go ahead with the repair the item will be shipped back to you at courier cost or you can either collect it yourself or arrange your courier.
