Not sure what the fault is, with your Apple iPhone, iPad? Book in your device to be diagnosed. One of our technicians will find the fault and contact you with a price for repair. If you go ahead with any repairs, the diagnosis charge will be deducted from the price of the repair - if you don't, we will send your device back to you with nothing more to pay.

If we cant find the fault or the device is too badly damaged (beyond repair) we will refund the diagnostic payment minus the return postage of £5.50>

Return shipping:

• Your device will be shipped back to you within 24-72 hours on any repair approval or repair rejection, excluding weekends and holidays.
• We pay return shipping via first class signed for mail to you.

Print or copy the content from the REPAIR FORM on a piece of paper and follow the instructions on the form and include this with your device then add this repair service to cart, and proceed to the checkou tthen send your device in and have this issue delet with

We reserve the right to decline any device that we feel is not suitable for repair i.e. device has extensive damage, water damage or a previous repair attempts have been made.

If we decline your device we will provide a full refund minus £5.50 for return shipping. We only test and guarantee are workmanship for 3 months and nothing else. Not all devices are repairable or economically repairable, we work on a NO FIX NO FEE basis. If we can’t repair or diagnose the problem then all you pay is £5.50 return shipping
